• Assistant Manager - Payments - Telenor - Islamabad

    Key Responsibilities:     
    Collaborate with the cross functional teams to generate new Payment streams
    Develop value propositions keeping in view the customer needs and competition strategies
    Define and own the customer experience for customer segments
    Develop and execute acquisition, usage and retention strategies, programs and plans for the segment
    Work with Marketing Communication team to develop the message, branding and media plan for these segment
    Work with Technology team to define/ improve the product and content road-map for the segment
    Work with Sales team to develop the channel strategy and implement innovative ways to deliver the product.

    Some of the Key Performance Requirements are:
    Follow-up and deliver on the operational plans inline with agreed timelines.
    Report the various KPIs in a way to meet the business goals
    Customer understanding and ensure voice of the customer is reflected in all aspects of the proposition design and delivery

    Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:     
    Project Management
    Excellent Analytical skills
    Product Development and approach towards market
    Understanding of Technical/ IT platforms
    Understanding of financial products
    Ability to devise business models
    Good interpesonal skills
