· Knowledge and experience in and the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems
· Good experience in using analytic software packages such as SPSS or SAS with good report writing skills

Qualifications:
· MBBS or equivalent with postgraduate degree in Public Health recognized by PMDC, additional qualification will be an advantage
Experience:
· Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in the field of public health 9preferably in the HIV/AIDS sector) with more than 7 years post Master experience.
· Experience of working in development project with a reputable Public sector/international/multinational health organization with experience in program Management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and donor relation/ reporting
