To Assist AM Channel Strategy & Planning in driving channel strategy in line with the Telenor Organization & S&D goals. To initiate and manage new S&D projects and assit AM Channel Strategy & Planning in strategic initiatives & projects.
Responsibilities:
Forecast of S&D sale targets and Opex planning and control for GSM and FS Business. Responsibilities include budgeting, planning control activities and monitoring etc.
Responsible for designing sale channel KPIs in line with Product strategy and define channel incentives accordingly, ensuring its alignment with KPI.
Commissioning policies formulation and regular reviews. Competitive benchmarking of the commissions with operators in Pakistan and Telenor group.
Responsible for designing sales competition in line with the sales strategy, mechanics, business case and implementation
Strategize channel expansion in line with Business ambitions and design roadmap accordingly.
Develop business cases against different initiatives taken under S&D planning and attain stakeholder agreement.
Alternate channel development
Manage new initiatives and ongoing projects professionally
Performs as bridge between technical planning & S&D planning
Carries out analysis for overall S&D data i.e franchise, distribution & service
Carries out critical path analysis for all projects & identifies risks
Prepares documents/presentations and plans for S&D overall - interconnect all major functions in S&D i.e franchise, distribution, trade marketing, operations
Visits regions and comes up with fresh and advanced thinking on solutions
Strict follow-up on all S&D planning deliverables
