Hold a Masters degree
Have at least 3 years or more of relevant work experience would be preferred
Generate business from existing and new customers as per assigned target
Liaise with pre-sales for finalizing solutions in accordance with budget team
Work on required proposals
Follow-up critical service issues and keep strong follow up for issue resolution with relevant teams along with timely escalation where required
Ensure revenue and retention as per assigned target
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding to sales, revenue and invoice clearance
Coordinate with billing and receivables department to resolve billing related issues
Conduct competitors analysis and offerings
Over look contract renewal/amendments and sign off
