Experience Required:
1 - 2 years experience in web development, server management, new media management or online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of TP websites and WAP Portals
Timely deployment of content and campaigns on the website/micro sites/WAP portals
Drive the data strategy across multiple "listening posts" e.g surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research etc
Work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development
Maintain weekly and monthly analytics reports to measure Website behavior and customer experience analysis
Coordinate business requirements through multiple sources including brand & product managers, development teams, and internal functional groups.
Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events
Contribute to the process of information design, to ensure that content is appropriately structured to meet the goals for the site and the needs of users.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
1 to 2 years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills.
Expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies will be a preferred.
Have expert Web Analytics platform knowledge e.g. Google Analytics
Basic knowledge of website development languages e.g HTML and PHP and experience with popular content management systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
Using strong analytical skills provides insights as well as recommendations for changes required.
Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on thewebsite.
Strive for innovation, continuous improvement and driving forward positive changes on the website and processes.
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight timelines
