1.        Applications duly filled on the prescribed form (Downloaded from FUI website www.fui.edu.pk) must reach the Registrar, Foundation University Islamabad latest by June 29,  2012.
2.        Following documents should be attached with the application
a.        Detailed CV, two latest passport size photographs and attested copies o the academics achievement.
b.        Requisite experience certificate.
c.        Pay Order/ Demand drat of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of the Foundation University Islamabad.
3.        Applicants working Government or Semi Government Organization / Autonomous Bodies shold apply through proper channel.
